Awesome for children
My just turned seven year old grandson loved getting and wearing these rainbow flip flops! He wears a size 13 sneaker but the 11/12 was the ideal fit in the Rainbow flip flop. Originally I purchased a bigger size 13/1 and it was far too big. I’d rather one summer of a great fit Than see him struggle with something too large on his feet. The half circle leather at the base of the strap was a great addition for both comfort and helping keep this flip flop on his feet when running or walking. He loves loves loves them. They are just like his Dad’s! Awesome!

Amazing but wish the gap in sizes was Smaller?
These sandals are awesome!! My son wears a 7, almost 8, in regular shoes (toddler). We first bought him the 7-8 size in these Rainbow sandals - they were much too big; he couldn't wear them. I then bought the size 5-6 and they fit smack perfect but almost too perfect, I know he will grow out of them so fast and the 7-8 will still be too big. I still kept them for the future, he'll grow into them. I wish there was a size in between then two! You can't go wrong with Rainbow sandals - ever. He looks pretty rad wearing them and calls them, "Daddy's sandals" since Dad lives in his Rainbows. I recommend!

Fit well, comfortable, last long, look great
Just like adult rainbow sandals but have the ankle straps to help them stay on the child’s feet. I cut off the ankle straps after a month as my child no longer needed them and they pulled too tight. I’ve been buying rainbow sandals in San Clemente since the 70’s and they are excellent!

Beautiful quality summer sandals, BUT NOT FOR WIDE/THICK feet
These arrived today in size toddler 5/6. They fit perfectly lengthwise. Also, they are very quality sandals, extremely comfortably, and well made. My son clearly like them.However, I have to return them as they are for a normal/regular sized foot, and he has a fatter, higher instep foot. So, people with children with plump, wide feet, the upper straps press into top of foot and leave lines. I don't think this will be the sandal for them. I am extremely disappointed because I love these sweet little sandals. Instep just isn't tall enough

Quality flip-flops
I bought these flip-flops for my son. I bought my boys a pair each 3 years ago and they still wear them, despite having outgrown them. That is how sturdy they are! Great comfort and style too. The plastic parts off-gas at first, so let them breathe a little before wearing. I like that they are waterproof, which makes them ideal for the summer.
