These shoes look exactly like the pictures and I was happily surprised when I tried them on. The fit is snug in the best way, very comfortable and supportive without feeling tight or stiff. I am usually between an 8 and an 8.5 and I ordered the 8. They fit perfectly with no pinching and no slipping. I do think they work best for slimmer feet rather than wide ones, since the fit is more on the sleek side. Overall they feel well made, easy to wear all day, and true to size for me. the side strap cannot be removed & its a tight adjustment

honestly they are pretty basic boots. not super comfortable. the strap around the boot can hardly be adjusted & CANNOT be taken off so if you have chunkier feet i would suggest avoiding these. overall they should have been cheaper but they arent TERRIBLE. decent enough boots.
