Cool shoes comfy fit
This is our second pair for my picky son who likes his shoes to fit tight around the foot. He prefers high tops and he loves Miles Morales so when I saw these I thought I’d give them a try. It was our third pair in a month. He wore out two pair of sketchers tightening them and they cost about $50 a pair.I found ones just like these but in all gray leather. He wore those all school year and outgrew them.According to the charts he had the size he should be wearing but because they’re high tops you couldn’t get his foot past the heel part. So according to the chart he should be in a size 4 or 5 at most but I got a size 5 1/2 because he had a 4 and I knew they were too tight.He loves the 5 1/2s and they fit long in the toe but well everywhere else. He was so happy when these arrived. He’s wanted to wear them all the time. He said he loves the color schemes they make for this style and I agree.He just looks cool in these and they remind him of Miles so they really boosted his confidence. If you don’t like lacing them all the way up you might want shorter laces.Great price, great style and they lasted all year even through him walking in a creek on a field trip. They needed washing up after that.Something I noticed on these is they will show their wear with creases but they won’t fray like Sketchers and licensed brands. With those the the threads come out and the shoes look much older than they are. Even Stride Rites do that really early on.
