Great for Lifting, Less so for Running
These are excellent gym shoes. I primarily use them for lifting in my home gym and the soles are quite flat and stable for squats and dead lifts. They advertise them as cross trainers and they are comfortable enough to run a mile or two to warm up and get some mile cardio in, but I def would hesitate to take these on my typical 10k runs. Not much cushioning, but the larger issue is that they do breathe particularly well. That is not an issue for me while I am lifting and I am really happy with them. It made me realize how difficult it was to be lifting in real running shoes!

Excellent for mixed workout
I love to lift and run in the same workout often but it’s a challenge finding a show right for both. I need cushion for my runs so many lifting shoes don’t work for me to run in. These have just enough support to work for me. Annnnnd they look great! True to size.

Most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn do not buy these shoes unless you have very narrow feet. I've been using reebok for the last 10 years, the design for these is horribly bad.

Weird arch and runs big
Returned shoes after trying on. They are huge. Their 11.5 is easily a normal 12. Also they have a really odd arch support. I'm not sure if it's the height or positioning but it puts a lot of pressure in one spot. It's painful just standing still. Do not recommend them even though they look cool.
