My workouts are very intensive (HIIT). This is a great shoe. I was wearing a Nike cross trainer and was having arch, knee and ankle pain. I did quite a bit of research and these were on my "to try" list. I found this listing for them at an AMAZING price (price has since gone back up, however). I gave them a shot and the difference was almost immediate. Excellent weight distribution, flexibility in all the right places, and the breatheability keeps my feet comfortably cool. It's amazing what a great shoe can do for the rest of the body. They felt so good I came back a few days later and snagged two more pair for when it's time to retire these.

Good snug fit and support

When I first tried on this shoe out of the box I was afraid it was a little too snug, but after wearing it around for an hour or so I found that it fit quite well. I took a chance and wore it to CrossFit this morning and found that it provides good stability and support. The toe box is wide enough, the heel fits my rather narrow heel with no inappropriate lifting up or wiggling, there is good arch support, and nothing pinched anywhere. Glad I took a chance and bought this shoe for CrossFit!

Good for HIIT

I bought these to have a dedicated pair of shoes for at home HIIT workouts so I wasn't working out on my living room floor in my gross running shoes. These are very different then shoes I typically wear and I love that they are very light weight, accommodate my very narrow feet, there was no break in period and the price was very reasonable. On the downside, they have zero lateral support as they are all mesh so I have to be a bit careful with side to side movements. Also the bottom is fairly lightweight and soft material so I think that outside you would feel every pebble and they may not hold up. Work great for the purpose I bought them for!

Comfortable for working 8 hr shifts as a psych nurse. If I were a med surg nurse I would worry about liquids getting through as I have worn these to bring the dog out in the morning when the grass is wet and it does seep through due to the airyness of these shoes.Recieved many compliments on the design/color.I always size up about a half size in reeboks.

Finally a shoe that doesn’t crush my toes.I absolutely LOVE this shoe. I have a wide toe base and this shoe accommodates that perfectly and without the rest of my foot sliding around in the shoe or coming off of the heel.It also seems to support very well as my ankle pain has ceased.
