A good choice
These shoes did take a whole for me to break in/have my feet adjust. However, aftet that 2-ish week period they have become very comfortable. I use them as gym shoes and have no issues walking, biking, or lifting in these shoes. They provide a good grip on the floor and are padded enough but not so much they cause instability.They do fit wide feet well. I have wide feet and usually order a full size up because of it. I don't think I would do that next time with this shoe and could get away without sizing up, or only size up a half size.

Amazing shoe
I am normally an 8.5 but I usually size up in athletic shoes simply because your feet swell. I have the nike metcons, but I have a wide toe box and I like for my toes to be able to spread out and not be cramped. I got these in a size 9 and they fit perfect. I could have gone with an 8.5 for that snug fit, but the 9's have just enough extra room. I lift and cross train in these and they provide a solid and supportive foundation for your feet. Normally after lifting the bottoms of my feet hurt, but after wearing these I did not experience that. These shoes are a great and supportive cross trainer, and great for. everyday use.

Worth the price for comfort and training
When it comes to cross trainers personally I look for a couple different things.1- obviously comfort, they’re comfortable in the right places. At first they seemed a littleStiff but the more I wear them they are comfortable2- performance for lifting and running,They’re flat enough I have good balance when squaring with weight.And when I have to do my sprints they’re not loud or awkward while on the treadmill. I can’t sat and when I have to run and my trainers just slap loudly on the belt ( just a thing for me personally)Over comfort I’d say they’re 6/10Running 7/10Lifting 7/10But for $65 you can’t beat it when you beat the heck out of them in the gym.

Cute, comfortable, and fit just right
After years of wearing specific running shoes with heel stabilizers, I was looking for a gym shoe and walking around shoe. This pair fits the bill - the sizing was spot on (I wear a 9), and they were perfectly comfortable right out of the box. The styling is nice enough to wear for general purpose as well as exercise. I wouldn't go running in these, but they will be perfect for the the gym. (While I tried on the shoes, my cat tried on the box. We were both got what we wanted.)
