Surprisingly great sneaker

I bought these sneakers after doing a lot of research & reading reviews, of which, the reviews on these were consistently good so I figured I'd try them out. Definitely glad I did! They were a fantastic replacement to my old sneakers. At first I thought they were odd b/c they were a slip on shoe and had laces but I find my foot stays in place and I get lots of support from them. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a reliable, comfortable HIIT workout sneaker that doesn't break the bank.

Comfortable and neutral color shoes - great for HIIT

Super comfortable. Started a HIIT program and have never actually had HIIT shoes. I usually use ASICS as my main go to ever since I had foot surgery when I tore a ligament. My feet are pretty picky on what I wear. These ended up being fantastic. They work well for cross training as well.I was skeptical at first, but found a love for them once I got them.My only compliant is the bottom rubber started to rip off a little after just a couple months. This could be from all the burpees. Keep in mind right now with COVID a majority of my work outs are outdoors and I don’t think you always wear these style work out shoes outdoors. I put a lot of wear and tear on my shoes pretty fast so it definitely could be ripping more so from user error (lack of maintenance).I’m considering getting a second pair as I do love the neutral colors and comfort of these. Not to mention the price isn’t too bad

Decent and super cute!

The sizing and fit is great and the first time putting it on, it does feel comfortable. I am usually a 7 for Nike and a 6.5 for adidas so my feet are in between - I got a 7 for these and they fit pretty good. I was looking for a shoe that hugs the feet nicely without a tongue. Though some people complain about the built-in sock-like feature, I personally like it and do not find it an issue when wearing them - they’re supposed to be flexible and not sewn in the back in order to hug your feet well and more flexibly. Anyway, on to the performance of these shoes:I’ve used them for Chloe Ting’s workouts at home and for a run around the lake - I have yet to use them for lifting in the gym. These were described as training shoes and for HIIT which I think Chloe’s workouts do fall under. I would say they are better than doing the workouts barefoot (which I’ve been doing), since they do provide support and cushion. My only complain is that while doing lunges for example, my bent feet doesn’t feel the most comfortable because it feels like the sole and the base of the shoes are a little hard/stiff.While running around the lake, it was okay - honestly wouldn’t be my first pick to take for a run - but I guess I cannot complain since these were not advertised as “running shoes”. There was enough cushioning on the landing base of the foot but again, like I mentioned earlier, they aren’t the most flexible soles so you do feel that a bit while running.Though I have not done lifting with these in the gym yet, I can tell that these would probably do best in that area because of the stiffer but also thick soles for support. The bottom of the soles are designed in a manner that would give good balance & stability.Overall I think these are pretty decent shoes. They are comfortable to wear throughout the day for running errands and also are great for walking (an look darn cute!). I think they are versatile in that you could still get away with running and other activities here and there once in a while but as someone who likes running outdoors frequently, I will be wearing a different pair of actual running shoes.

Perfect gym shoe

These are great for workouts. I just did BodyStep. These felt way better than my previous non rubber shoes. I’m a 9.5W, and I ordered a 10 like I usually do in normal width. I think a 9.5 would have been better. The top is sock like and has a lot of give. There was too much slack front to back for jumping lunges and squats. I’m ordering different color in 9.5.Update: I returned the 10 and bought 9.5. The 9.5 are perfect. I can't believe they work well with my wide feet. Seriously, my feet are a mess. I have bunions. I'm a runner. I'm a nurse. I'm a mom of 2. I broke my ankle in the past and sprained the other recently. I have a lot of demands of my shoes for my feet to be comfortable. These are great.

Good support for outdoor Boot Camp!

These shoes seriously fixed me. At 45 I was wearing totally unsupportive tennis shoes, doing outdoor HIIT classes several times a week and then wondering why my body hurt ALL THE TIME. My instructor recommended looking into different, more supportive shoes and oh my gosh, these have helped me SO much! I know at 45 things just naturally hurt, but with the right shoes, the hurt is pretty minimal these days. Also a bonus for me is that they're not ugly as I tend to like plainer looking workout shoes, so I really appreciate that too. Will definitely buy these again once this pair wears out.

They run small, size up

Be sure to size up. I have to send these back due to them being too small and too tight.
