I love everything about these flip flops except the $50 price tag. I bought them without even looking at the price. It wasn’t until the delivery got delayed a couple of times that I then saw how much they were.! If something is quality, I’m happy to pay for it, but at the end of the day, these are flip-flops and they’re not Gucci.

Shoe Breaks and No Customer Support

The inside strap of my right shoe broke within an hour of wearing these shoes for the very first time. I was at a super fun party that was a scavenger hunt, and to make a long story short, my shoe broke at our first stop. HOW EMBARRASSING. To make the matter even worse, I contacted Reef and Amazon, and no one has reached out to help. I don't have the broken shoe because I was not about to carry them with me all night long. Therefore, I don't have anything to return. I'm not insane. I don't complain about things that never happened. I'm upset. I'd like my money back please. At the VERY least, a replacement pair, but I'm afraid to wear them.Update: Reef did contact me back after a few days. They really don't care very much about the fact that my shoe broke. They offered me 15% off my next purchase with them. They did not even apologize for my troubles with the shoe that they made. I personally would not buy anything from them again after my communication back and forth. I was telling about troubles with my shoe that I purchased, which they made, and they responded to me with a "Hey Bro" approach...very off putting.

I almost loved these sandals and was bearing with the break in period, because the straps will rub your feet raw. Upon the 4th short-stint wear - I haven’t even hit the point of being able to wear these out yet for more than a walk around the block- I realized the strap on the right foot was ripped. I’ve loved reef sandals in the past. Bummed these wont work out.
