Swellsole Atlantic Shoes
They are fairly comfortable - well padded, not too warm, great cushioning for walking, running around and being active. I say ‘fairly’ because for me the padding pushes oddly on my arch. I do not have flat feet and so I am not sure why for these particular shoes I have that experience, but they are not uncomfortable. If it were not for that detail I’d find them really really comfortable. I have another set of reef shoes that are similar but a bit more padded in the upper area, and no issues like this. I've worn them several times with no blisters induced. I like the coloring - nice texture and classic shape. I have not had similar shoe styles before but love these. They have a stylish quality while being also casual, so I could imagine wearing them with cargo shorts and a t-shirt or with jeans and a blazer to add a casual but youthful touch to an informal business meeting at a coffee shop. The grip on them is great. They are not overly hot or cold and the laces work well, holding a knot without slipping loose. They should be ok to clean, except the suede at the back, which can be challenging to clean. These are a good value as reef makes good quality stuff. I expect them to be durable because this company makes tough shoes and other things. I have wide feet, and these are fine in terms of fit. My feet are definitely at the max but don't feel crowded at all. The shoes conform well and the sole is pretty wide. Lengthwise, they are true to size I think. I would look for them on sale for a good deal. Overall, recommended if your foot’s shape works with the padding - you would have to try them on to know.
