REEF has always been a high quality brand. These flip flops fit perfectly, and they are very comfortable. I have worn REEF flip flops for many years now.This purchase was made specifically for wearing to get my pedicure. They provide the support I need and they are as always, very good quality. So you think $50 is a lot for a rubber flipflop? Not in the case of Reef brand! I "inherited" my first pair of Reef thong flipflops from my daughter, who out-grew hers. I couldn't believe how the base of this shoe fits every curve of the bottom of my feet. The arch is great, the little rim under the toes feels secure; the cup for my heel is perfect! Everything it in exactly the right place for maximum comfort!This is the third pair of Reef flipflop thongs that I've ordered, & they're just as comfortable, as my other pairs. I have high arches, & plantar's facetious, so I'm very particular about how my shoes fit. And these shoes not only fit, they feel custom made for me. They're THAT comfortable! Love'em!
I love reefs and they are sooo hard to find in store now. Nothing compares to the comfort, quality and durability of reefs. These are the nice thick ones, not the thin uncomfortable ones. This is a great price as if you actually do find them in store, they are way more expensive. This style works well at a size 10.
I ordered these Reef Sandals about a month ago and I LOVE THEM! They are so comfortable and provide a lot of arch support. I was sick and tired of buying cheap foam flip flops that last about a month, so I did a lot of research on flip flops that would last a long time, and tons of reviewers said that their Reef Sandals have lasted them years.I can see these lasting years because they have a thick rubber sole and nice thick stitches connecting the straps. They are also waterproof, which will help them last longer without the wear and tear of water on normal sandals.My favorite thing about these sandals is that they have good tread. I can't tell you how many times I have slipped and fell wearing foam flip flops with no grip or traction. I can walk right by the pool in puddles of water and I don't feel my feet slipping or sliding at all.One thing I don't necessarily like about these sandals is the look. Let's face it, they aren't very cute. I wish they had more designs to choose from, but the other designs are all the foam sole and they wont last as long. Also, I had to return the first pair I bought because the sizes run super small. If you want to order these I recommend ordering a size or two bigger than what you would normally wear.Overall I am very pleased with my Reefs and I will be buying another pair (hopefully in a year or two) when these ones wear out.#reefs #sandals #flipflops #amazon #loveyoulately
I *love* these sandals! I have a bad low back and a bum knee, so sandals can be a fraught issue for my janky joints - but these are so cushiony, and have such great arch support, that I have had literally no issues wearing them, even for long periods of time. Beyond the comfort they actually have remarkably good traction, to the extent that I ended up wearing them for about 20 miles of hiking at Yellowstone last September and found them remarkably stable, and more comfortable than my hiking boots (I feared for my open toes since these are obviously flip flops and not, like, Keen Newports or Chacos - but that's not the fault of the sandals and more the fault of my not picking good insoles for my boots). Either way, these are extremely comfortable, durable, and have better traction than your average flip flop - to the extent that I bought a second pair to keep in my swim bag to wear on the pool deck. Honestly the best sandal purchase I think I've ever made.
I purchased these last summer after searching forever for a replacement pair of flip flops that worked for me. They're very comfortable and fit great. The strap doesn't cause blisters or discomfort across the top of my foot or between my toes. They're not flat on the bottom which is a big deal for me. I can wear these all day and my feet aren't aching at the end if the day. I've tried other flip flops that are comfortable but too flat on the bottom which leaves me with sore arches. My only concern is that I'm not sure how long they are going to last. I feel like the soles on the forefoot seem to be a little thin. I would still purchase these again at a good price since they're super comfortable and they provide just enough arch support
2025: These Reef flip flops are the best I have ever owned and I’m back with a review for the second pair I purchased. Originally purchased the exact same flip flops in 2019 and I have worn them at some point every single day. They are my house shoes, my go-to for running errands, they’ve been to every beach trip over the years and to the pool more times than I can count. Needless to say, it’s time for a new pair. The new ones arrived and they are the same great quality as my originals. They are truly slip resistant with a high quality rubber sole. The foot bed is also very comfortable for my feet.I tried to be frugal and recently purchased a less expensive brand of flip flop and was highly disappointed so I decided to come back and purchase the Reefs. They cost more but so far i haven’t found any other brand that matches this quality and comfort for a lesser cost.Previous review: I love these. Bought in 2019. Very comfortable and still have them and wear them in 2023.
