So well made, comfortable and quietly classy

Reefs are my favorite style of slippah/flip flop and main shoes for living here in the islands for about 20 yrs now.. They are very well made, sturdy, with a supportive arch but not too hard like some ortho styles can be. The Reef straps don't break. The soles are thick and have bounce, like a soft cushion to walk on. I love their quality and comfort. I was just surprised that this style feels like the straps are a little too tight so I took one star off. I usually wear the Reef Slap 3 which have a bit more space between the foot and the straps. But with use I am hopeful these new ones will loosen up. Mahalo for the best @Reef 🤙

Cute and comfy

I have a lot of problems with my feet, plantar fasciitis, and always wear Chacos in the summer. I bought these because they were supposed to have lots of cushion. I love them!!! The heel height is perfect for me - just enough. They do have lots of cushion and squishy to them. I would not say they have lots of arch support but enough so my feet are not sore when I take them off. They seem to be very durable. I own several pairs of Chacos so these are less expensive but I do think I am going to wear them just as much because they are cute and comfy!

Would NOT BUY AGAIN

Would NOT BUY again! High price flip flop goes on sale as a hook to buy and I regret falling for it. I will use these to do yardwork but not wear out in public. Thick cushion sole is the only positive. Fits my average width foot more snugly than any of my other thong sandals so would likely be TOO Tight on a wider foot. Will work well around water but insole material appears same as entire sole material. There is no different insole layer to absorb moisture for everyday wear in hotter weather. Better choices exist for the price.

Need to be broken in.

Don’t judge them until you break them in. These are not shoes that you jump into wearing all day. The leather straps soften up and they are great once broken in. I have flat feet so they are very comfortable to me…too much arch support hurts my feet. If you need it these might not work for you. They are a good price point and feel sturdy. I don’t know if sizes have changed or if my feet grew but I used to wear a 10 and I ordered an 11. At first I thought they were too small but once the straps were broken in they fit great.
