Very packable and flat. Soft, comfortable. This is not for long-term walking because your feet kind of fall out of them as you walk. But it’s perfect for showering or keeping shoes in your purse to change into when your feet hurt.
True to size and very light weight. The quality of this sandal is excellent. I did not believe these sandals could be blister resistant, but they are. I wore them to the pool and I wore them to lunch. For the pool or casual use, they look great and no one can tell they are water resistant. I love them!
The basic functionality of any shoe is to be able to walk in them... and you cannot do that with these sandals. As other reviews have mentioned, when walking, the sandals essentially starts to slip off of your feet. It isn't just a mild annoyance, it renders the sandal completely useless. I just received mine yesterday and walked a total of 3 minutes before I knew I should have listened to the other reviews.Other observations I noticed was that the lower strap near the toe area is much more loose than the strap higher up the foot. And the padding on the sole of the sandal is cushiony but awkwardly so, not a huge fan if I'm being honest. I think if they didn't come off of my feet though, I could warm up to the cushioned sole. I will definitely be returning seeing as these sandals are a VERY steep price for what it is (at the time of this review, they are priced around $45).I've owned shoes by reef before and were happy with them so I gave these a chance. I was disappointed, but not THAT surprised... hate to say it but it is what it is.One nicer observation about these sandals is that they are true to the photo, the color and shape are nice. Just not functional at all... Overall, I would pass on these if you're on the fence.
Love these sandals, wore them almost everyday this summer. They're comfortable, high quality and go with everything. Highly recommend.
The shoes are cute and comfortable when standing still but walking is not comfortable. My foot isn't stationary when walking and feels like it slips out if the straps. It would be comfortable if the straps were positioned better. I'm disappointed because they do have a nice base/sole but annoying due to the straps and foot sliding out if sandal when walking.The shoes are great for poolside and when wet the traction seems good. Just not a good shoe if you have to walk more than 5 minutes.
Super cute and comfy. But not for walking to far if you are like me and need some arch support.
These shoes knock it out of the park. Wet grass? Poolside? Cruise? Unexpected rain? No problem!! These shoes are completely waterproof, but you'd never know by looking at them. The footbed is super comfy and cushy, and the straps never rub on my feet or give blisters when they get wet. These are great for when you want to be comfy, but want something a step above a flipflop. I'm an 8.5 so I purchased an 8 and 9. The 9 was slightly roomier, but the 8 fit more snug, and wouldn't rub against the top/sides of my foot so I went with 8 and I'm happy with them. My heel does not extend past the back of the shoe.
