I carry most of my weight in my legs, and although I'm down quite a bit of weight, I still have a ways to go. After reading the reviews I gave these a try and was stunned that they fit only my wide calf but around my knee which is even larger. They looked great, too, and got lots of compliments at my daughter's Fall in the Country wedding =)
I actually like these very much especially considering I got them for $15. I chose to get a size too large because I wasn't sure how these were sized, but I would say they are true to size. I am not a 13, yet I got them in 13... I was going to send them back as too large but at last moment decided that for winter I could double sock them and they'd fit. I was right! And they don't make my feet look bigger than they are, so it worked quite well. They are comfy and cute, truly hit the knee and are of good quality. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with this purchase after seeing some negative comments. I am plus-sized so I have thick calves (17" around)- no problems with the boots fitting at all. Love these boots. These are my second pair. Didn’t even realize that there is a hidden compartment inside, where I can carry my id, money, and lipgloss. This is definitely worth buying!
Ordered size 11, usually wear anywhere from a 10-11 depending on style and brand. Purchased for $14.99. I am 5'9" ,175lbs thick and curvy. The boot is easy to put on, goes about an inch above my knee, stays in place (even while walking miles)(slid down some but never below knee), color was as pictured and very pretty, material did seem a little cheap but still "pull offable". My only issue is with the material used for the inside foot bed, its kinda "boxy" & feels weird. I have wide feet so it was a bonus to me but just felt weird. They were not tight on my foot but i did get sore on my pinky toes (again i walked miles in them). Got compliments! And unfortunately I did scratch them somehow on the first wear, but its not too noticable. Dont think i would pay more than $20 for them tho
Obsessed with these boots! They’re actually the same quality as the ones I’ve received from Nordstrom, Macy’s, and other higher end stores. I’d love these in more colors, but for now I’m going to order another pair to have on standby because I know how rough I am in my shoes, and I know how hard it is for me to find over-the-knee wide-calf boots!
Let me start by saying I have big feet, like wide and weird fit type of feet. I have bought boots on Amazon before and they were always to narrow and crunched my toes so this time I ordered them 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. Well let me say these run big. I would of probably been okay with just going up one size and even that would have given me ample extra room, but that was my fault. The length was the only really upsetting thing for me. Im tall, roughly 5 ft 7, and they were almost too long it seemed. They were too bunched up along my leg, I know they were slouchy but they just looked ill fitting. I couldn't seem to get them to stay up, they were snug at the top around my thigh but still tried to slip down every few minutes only adding to the bunched up look. Material was soft and looked nice, I dont know if it was just me or what, but it seemed like an odd fit. Returned them and re-ordered a shorter mid-calf style in a smaller size from the same seller. All in all I would say I wanted them to work out but just wasn't the right fit, but definitely worth looking at ROF shoes for those of us ladies with size 10 and up feet or wide feet!
