Pretty neutral red
These heels are so cute that I got them in two colors! They feel secure and sturdy. They definitely need a foot cushion under the ball of your feet but that's an easy fix. They seem true to size. I'm an 8.5/9 in heels and the 9 was good here. It is comfortable enough for my wide feet across the middle but my big toe does stick out a tiny little bit. I'm not worried about that though.The red is a true neutral red so it will go with a lot of outfits

Cute Shoes, Need Adjustments to Make Them Wearable
For US women's shoe sizes, I'm in between a size 8.5 and 9. I ordered a size 9 and it fits perfectly. I recommend going half a size up, so you can have a sole insert and still have room for your toes, especially if you normally need a cushion for the ball of your foot or if you want your toes to breathe. The color matches the photo, and the shoes are a classic cherry red. The shoe box is really sturdy and heavy. Each heel was wrapped in a gauze bag, and there was a small foam sheet wrapped around the buckles to prevent scratches and scuffs. There were also foam inserts in the toe portions to help the heels keep their shape. The stitching on the shoes are straight, and there aren't any loose or hanging threads. The seams are well-hidden. I pulled at each heel, and they're firmly in place. The shoes are made from some sort of fake leather, and it needs to off gas for a couple days because the smell is strong. The heels also came with gel inserts to make wearing them more comfortable.I like the block heels because they feel sturdy and I feel more balanced in these versus wearing stiletto heels. There's a thick loop holding the overlapping straps together behind the ankle, and that can rub uncomfortably against the back of your ankle unless you fasten these heels very loosely. Unfortunately, fastening the heels loosely makes these feel more like flip flops while you're walking, since it's not very secure. There isn't any arch support, though that could be because my feet have high arches. The toe strap can also be uncomfortable if you're walking in these all day and the fit isn't loose enough around your toes. It might be best to wear a bandage or something over your ankles and toes to prevent blisters while wearing these heels. I'll probably add a sole insert for arch support and cut the loop behind the ankles off to make wearing these shoes more tolerable. The bottom of the heels are very smooth and have no traction with the ground, so it's easy to slide around when breaking these in. I highly recommend lightly sanding the bottoms to prevent an accident.

Chemical smell and a bit uncomfortable
The color is accurate and the design is cute, but my toes tend to slip out of the front, which makes them a bit uncomfortable. There’s also an unpleasant chemical smell when they’re first out of the box. Overall, they look great, but the fit and smell could be improved
