Update: The Seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement pair of shoes in time for my daughter’s graduation this weekend. They responded quickly and fixed the issue. She is excited to be able to wear them because she loves the style!We bought these for my daughter’s senior pictures and graduation. She went to put them on this morning, this is her second time wearing them, and the buckle on one of the shoes fell off making the shoe unwearable.
