A gift for my husband and they are great! He loved them, perfect fit and they are amazing looking! Awesome quality!
I ordered these shoes because I seen some good reviews. I couldn’t be more upset and unsatisfied with the product. They came in fairly quickly I will say but once i opened the box I couldn’t believe what was sent. The quality is garbage. The material is super cheap and tacky looking. The shoes looked like they had been used already due to all the marks on the rubber. Rubber sole looked like it was going to peel off anytime soon. Not good quality at all. I will never purchase from this seller or these shoes again. Don’t buy. I should have posted a picture of them I know, but I was quick to return them. Also, I only gave one star because I had no choice. I would have given no stars if I could.
Great shoes I use them in the gym. I also have the Reebok boot and these fit better.
These Ringside Apex Elite Shoes were pretty nice, however, I decided to return them for a couple reasons. For those boxers out there, one of the most important gear to have are boxing shoes that have that perfect fit feel. For me, I have slightly wide feet, and after trying these on, as well as adjusting the velcro strap, I felt the toe box was just tight in places where I didn't want and looser in others. On top of that, forgive me for being a bit picky but the blue was slightly more purple than a complete royal blue that I wanted.Aside from the color and fit for me, these shoes actually do provide great ankle support, has a unique design, has nice traction on the sole, and I imagine that the velcro strap adjusts to the fighter's preference for extra comfort.PROs:- Unique design- High top ankle provides good support- Velcro strap allows for adjustment of toebox tightnessCONs- Color was a little off than the manufacturer pictures provided- Not as breathable as I wanted- Fit just didn't accommodate my own feet
This is what I expected. Thanks!
Hello! I train Muay Thai professionally and work with a boxing trainer twice a week. I'm no where near a pure boxer and train boxing in my Thai-style stance, but I liked the idea of training in boxing shoes and was ecstatic to see a pair of Ringside boxing shoes on Vine. First of all, it seems like Ringside is not at all as popular as it used to be, but my boxing trainer and 3x Golden Gloves champion is obsessed and says that for boxing, it is THE BEST brand. The shoes are no exception. I am a women's size 10 and these shoes fit true to size. I have worn them 5-6 times now and have not felt any rubbing or discomfort as one might expect in a breaking in period. The sole is very commutable and do not get caught up on the mats. The shaft is high, but not too high, though I do have to get them nice and loose in order to get them off afterwards. Lastly, they are very pretty shoes and I get lots of compliments on them. From a long time martial artist, first time boxing shoe wearer, I highly recommend this pair of Ringside boxing shoes!
