I like these shoes a lot.
I picked up these high stack shoes because I have been trying to be more active and wanted something with a lot of cushion. This is only my second pair of high stack shoes, so I am still figuring out what I like and what I do not. Right away I noticed that these run a little small for me. They fit, but I definitely would have been happier going up half a size. Once they were on though, they were surprisingly comfortable. The cushioning feels soft and bouncy in a way that makes walking and light jogging feel easier on my feet.The overall feel of the shoe is nice, but they do not give the impression that they will last forever. The material feels fine for casual use, but it does not scream long term durability. For me that is not a deal breaker because I mainly got them to test out if I like high stack shoes enough to invest in a better pair later. For that purpose they are pretty much perfect. They give you the height, the softness and the general experience without spending a lot.One thing I did notice is the stability. If you have any ankle issues at all, I would be careful with these. The tall sole makes them feel a little wobbly, and I found myself almost rolling my ankles a few times when turning or stepping on uneven ground. They are fine for straight walking or treadmill use, but anything that involves quick side steps or uneven surfaces might be risky.The look of the shoe is actually pretty cool. The color and shape make them stand out without being weird. They are lightweight, breathable and comfortable for everyday walking or errands. I just would not call them heavy duty running shoes or something meant for long term hard use.Overall they do exactly what I needed them to do. They let me try out the high stack style and see how my feet and ankles feel with that extra height and cushion. They are comfortable, they look good and they get the job done. I just wish they were a little more stable and a little more true to size. If you are curious about high stack shoes and do not want to spend a lot to test them out, these are a solid starter pair.

Nice but Wrong Size Sent!
I wish Amazon would get it right! I love the sneaker however Amazon Warehouse sent the wrong size and I had to return it! The sneaker is nicely made and I bought two other pair which I received correctly. This sneaker is light in color and this sneaker runs in men's size so the 7 they sent was a 5 in men's size and I wear a 6 which would be a 7 in women's sizes so Amazon did it again by sending re-packaged merchandise and the wrong size!! So make sure you check the sizes on these sneakers also should Amazon re.sell merchandise which has been quite a lot lately! Good that I am an Amazon Prome Member otherwise I would have to pay to return their mistake! Back to the sneaker it really is a nice sneaker with simple style, no crazy design and with cushion bedding and inner sole. I still recommend though the size sent was in error! No photo due to return.

Early review... will update...Short version: This is a day one opinion - These are incredibly comfortable and put zero pressure on one's toes. I've walked a couple miles in these already and I've never felt the kind of energy return these provide. Normally, after two miles, it's my feet that say, "OK, that's far enough"... I was ready to take another lap around the neighborhood! So far, I REALLY like these!Long Version:I had been looking for a new pair of walking shoes as I endeavor to switch from "sedentary old dude" to "in-shape Grandpa"! When I saw these, at a price around 1/4 to 1/2 of the big brands, I thought, "Hmmm... I bet there's not much difference except the tags!"After a full day of tromping around and walking a couple miles, I can't imagine another pair feeling any better! Being an old dude, I have "tricky" toes that don't like to be squeezed. With these, the toe box is SPACIOUS and because of the shape of the sole, my toes BARELY get any pressure when walking - it is all placed upon the ball of my foot, where it SHOULD be if I could remember how to walk most days! The soles do look a bit on the slick side, and sitting down, they do slide around a bit... but once you're up and walking, these things grip exceptionally well. The bounce in the midsole and heel is a joy. I'm a big dude (for now) at 265' and I've NEVER felt a shoe that absorbs and returns the downforce the way these do - it's almost like they urge you to take the next step. Now the downsides... yes, the writing is a bit... odd... but I knew I'd be taking a permanent marker to 'em and the sole is now perfectly black. Maybe it's because I got a Men's 11.5, but the laces seem inordinately short and I will likely replace them before long as I like to double knot and there's barely enough to single knot. BUT, all things considered, the comfort and energy these put into my feet dramatically overcome any issues - and that's not even considering that I saved A LOT of money by going with these over-paying for a recognizable name. If you are in the reviews, you are looking to see if these are a safe bet for your money, as they are still a considerable expense, I give a resounding YES. These are good. Really good.
