Very comfortable. Love the colors. I only wear rocket dog foam flip flops. I wear a size 6 in women's and I have all the colors in the women's. I ordered this in a size 4 in big girl and it fits perfectly. Now I can have these cute bright colors that are not in the women's sizes. Great arch support
