The shoes are immediately comfortable. Size is correct, not running smaller or larger to what shoe size you find has been right for you.Suede leather is a good look in my opinion. The style is a classic one with smooth leather around the entire shoe to the soles.I caught an excellent sale price so that was an addition plus to price.
Very sturdy boot for all occasions. Typical Rockport construction as very dependable and long lasting. Very durable under any conditions.
These are the best boots that I have found for overall comfort, quality, and style. I wear these on a regular basis, and they are my go-to foot ware for every day and even if I want to dress up. They are a little harder to put on being lower on the ankles but if you unlace them that solves the problem. Also, they do show a lot of marks, nicks, etc. but you put a coat of leather cleaner that will help immensely. They are waterproof, good in the snow and heat a like. Most days, I do not like to even take them off when I get home because of the fit. The price is average for you would pay for a quality pair of boots but less than other name brands. Recommended with no reservations!
For context, I wear boots of some kind almost every single day. Work, Western, you name it. My "dress shoes" are cowboy boots.These boots AREN'T made for walking. Not for actual work. Forget hiking in them. Four stars for the narrow purpose that I use them for.They look fantastic and are well made for what they are. I wear them when I am working in the office or running errands. I keep other boots in my work truck and in my personal truck at all times for anything else that might come up.I won't wear them in inclement weather to ever find out if they're slip-resistant and waterproof or not, as I don't want to ruin the suede look. All waterproof boots will make your feet sweat a bit and these are no exception.They're lighter than my other boots sure, but they fit like old school leather boots from the Industrial Revolution era, or something. There's very little cushion at the back of the ankle.If you want to look sharp enough for big shots around the office without being ridiculed by the crew, or complimented as you stroll through the grocery store, these are perfect. Keep other options handy, though!Oh, the laces are trash. I replaced them before I ever left the house wearing these. Lowest quality tennis shoes type laces, and woven to look good rather than to keep them firmly on your feet.
Good boot just take awhile to break in size good fit good comfort also
I purchase these boots on May 3rd of 2025 but i just started wearing them in October. As you can see in the photo the back of the boot the rubber sole is not attached. I would like to talk to a Rockport representative. ty
