I went on what seemed like a wild goose hunt looking for comfortable shoes to wear while standing for a few hours at a time during work. I thought I'd never find a pair that didn't cause blistery, achy feet, but then I found these. I am in love!!! I've never worn such a comfortable pair of shoes. They are great quality, and the price was great too. If you have medical issues, they are easy to put on, and they come in wide widths. I have very bad knees, but these don't add any additional pain or create any issues for me at all. These are just so fantastic; I can't sing their praises enough. Highly, highly recommended!

One of my best friends whom I've known for over 40 -50 years has gone on & on for ever about how comfortable both Rockport & Cole-Haan shoes are and I've always considered him a sort of connoisseur of shoes because he always possessed more individual PAIRS of shoes than ANY other man I've ever known. Those two always have been his top picks of the most comfortable shoes he'd ever worn.Most men don't have dozens of pairs of shoes but he always has.That is what led me on the search for a much much more than ordinary comfort-wise pair of shoes to purchase with part of my Christmas gift from my brother James & his wife Lesley this year!I generally wear a 9W shoe in women's & I decided on these because even though they're described as "sneakers" I really don't think they resemble in an "ordinary"way any other shoe of that nature in any way whatsoever.At any rate I find them to be utterly extraordinary in terms of comfort--like truly walking on clouds inside of my shoes! I've developed ingrown Big toenails on my R foot numerous times and ended up having to have the entire toenail removed--VERY PAINFUL INDEED!! Because I never knew I could look for a Wide shoe for women up until a few years ago & even though I grew to know, vanity probably held me back at first from buying shoes that looked larger than how I thought my feet ought to look--these do not.--much more like a pair of dressy clogs in appearance!I also might add that there is LOTS of room in the toe-box so I can even wiggle them about even when wearing thicker than normal socks when wearing these shoes.Lastly, I would also add that even though described as "sneakers" they appear much more dressy than that term would imply--probably because they are made from suede and speaking of that factor I'm going to make sure to purchase a good suede brush and something to keep the material as nice as it appears as brand-new as they currently are!Here's to many more years of wearing these in continued good health!!!

Runs very big
I wear a 9, rarely a 9.5, in every kind of shoe. I have a wide foot and high arch, so usually the wide version of a shoe works much better. I ordered a 9 wide and my foot is SWIMMING in these shoes. They feel like a 10 or bigger. And it's not the width that's a problem. When I first put them on, I checked the box and shoe because I was certain this must be a 10 or 10.5? Both say 9W.I work in the operating room and wear knee high compression socks every day. Surprisingly, my heel doesn't come out of the shoe but it feels very loose. If I needed to run, I don't think the shoes would stay on me. The foam inside feels cheap, like it will be collapsed in a matter of weeks, but the outside of the shoe looks nice and seems to be of good quality. I will most likely put an insole in these soon.I would love to try these in an 8.5 or regular 9. If my job didn't expose the shoes to biohazardous fluids, I would have exchanged these.

My first Rockport shoes. I love them!
I usually wear either a 6.5 wide, or a 6 wide depending on the shoe because I have a bunion on my right foot. Boots and sandals are usually a 6 wide. Sneakers are usually a 6.5 wide. I've never owned a pair of Rockport shoes, so I was unsure which to size get and ordered the 6.5 wide. They were too big. Returned them and purchased a 6 wide. I always wear thin socks, so if you like thicker socks you may want to stick with a 6.5. I can wear these all day at work. I'm on my feet for at least 8 to 10 hours while working. These do not bother the bunion on my right foot. I like the style, and the quality seems quite good. They are holding up well with all the walking and standing I do at work. Would buy again.

Just not good support and the brown though leather suede good quality just not attractive
They’re not exactly what I’d hoped.A bit too wide and the support wasn’t as good as I’m used to.The color looks bad , sorry , ai do have to wear ugly shoes but these were a bit much.
