I have narrow feet and some arthritic joints. This boot is soft and malleable right out of the box - no break-in period needed. It is attractive on my feet and looks as good with jeans as it does a dress. What a great find!
Runs way too small. I ordered a size up, as well as wide width, instead of my usual, medium, and it was still too short & too tight. Really too bad because it is a beautiful boot
