Probably not real leather, manmade bonded is the most likely. But they are extremely comfortable. I like the Velcro strap as opposed to buckle, it’s more comfortable. I’m between 7 -7.5 so I’m glad I got the 7.5 -they fit perfectly. The pewter color is pretty, goes with a lot, not shiny or boogie. The toe strap is not wrapped in plastic so it’s also comfortable. Great arch support for me. This is a ‘wear all day, wear anywhere’ sandal
I am a woman just entering my 40s, lost a little weight so Im feeling good, want to reinvent my wardrobe but not at the sacrifice of my wallet or joints. There is a low groan in my knees and my feet no longer tolerate heels or shoes without arch support. I have spent hours walking around in these with no complaints from my body. I love the look of the sandal, wasn't keen on the strap around the back but it actually adds to the support. I would give them a try.
These are the most comfortable sandals. I have walked many miles in them. This is the 3rd pair of Rockport Ridge Circle sandals that I've owned, but the first pair I've gotten from Amazon. The only difference I noticed in this pair is that they are about a half size smaller than the others, even though they are labeled the same size, therefore I deducted one star. I keep coming back to this sandal because of the comfort and style.
I bought these for a cruise in November. I’ve had two knee replacements and while completely mobile, I sometimes feel a bit unstable. These sandals mold to my feet as if I had them custom made. The soles are both sturdy and extremely comfortable. The wide strap across the foot is soft but very snug. I walked miles on the cruise and recently in Las Vegas without any concerns. The strap between the toes is snug and could bother some but I haven’t had an issue. I am buying another pair for the future. I highly recommend them.
I have wide feet (7W) and a bit of plantar facilitis that flares up when I go barefoot or don't wear supportive shoes. I wanted to have some prettier sandals for summer for wearing with dresses and shorts - instead of my supportive flip flops. My little toes don't hang over the edge, my heels are happy, and they are much more stylish than most "orthopedic" type sandals. The part that goes between my big toe and next toe is very comfortable, and I don't have any rubbing. I'm thinking of buying another pair in another color. :-D
I have wide feet & to find a good-looking shoe that fits is always a problem. Mine are wide size & I have no problem with the fit & feel of the upper. While the soles support my feet, they are not wide enough to cradle them, so the issue is how they look on my feet. Having said that, the shoe is superb quality; a good value & provide great support with the backstrap and the sole. I kept them & will wear them, as they feel comfortable. (I just keep hoping to one day look down & not see these big feet overwhelming the sole--the result of one or two issues: my determination to wear a style that's basically not attractive for my feet; or manufacturer's not using a wider cut of sole as well as provision for wider uppers.) For anyone without this problem, I would wholeheartedly recommend the shoe (5-star review) because it is beautiful & well made.
These shoes fit perfectly, I am a 6.5 and I ordered that size. I put them on and walked for a few hours at an outlet mall.... I forgot I was even wearing new shoes. Great support and cushioning. The piece between the toes was soft and did not irritate me like some do. I like the look of them and I even received a compliment today! Do not hesitate... they are a dream.
