The shoes are well made and nice looking. The heal is 3 inches, which is enough to add height, but easy to wear. For what it is worth, I find that I can run in these shoes. However, some reviewers stated that you can put these shoes and wear them all day. I wore them for a wedding and had terrible blisters when the reception was just starting. Overall, a keeper, but need to be broken in. They run true to size both in length and width.
