Great show but runs small

This steel toe is stylish and not bulky. It does run a bit small. I wear a women’s 6.5- 7 and ordered a 7. It’s snug at the toe box so a 7.5 would be more comfortable. Order up 1/2 size if you want to wiggle your toes or wear a decent cotton sock. The soles are very comfortable (Rockport signature comfort).

Great looking, not durable

As of today, I've had these boots for exactly 60 days.I absolutely LOVE the style! Everybody who finds out they're steel-toe is shocked! Especially the guys at the factory who tried to call me out, lol.The heel is a tiny bit narrow, and tries to roll when I walk on gravel, but other than that no complaints about the shape or fit.The only sour point is the sole. Within the first month, the tread was flaking. Two months in, there are bare spots on both feet. I don't know if these are going to last 6 months, and they are already causing me some slippage issues, to the point that I'm considering doing some kind of tread repair kit. Work only buys me 1 pair a year, so I hope they hold out.The price was alright (around $120), though since work was paying that wasn't a deciding factor. I could just wish that they had charged a bit more and made them more durable. I would happily pay $150 or even $200 for a real, quality, _pretty_ safety shoe! (if you know a good brand, pass it along!)

Cute and could work for some people

Edit to add: I stuck these out since I paid $100 for them- and I can say after 2 weeks they finally feel fine, I can't feel the toe thing anymore and they are holding up pretty well. This edit was made about a month after purchasing and wearing!I wanted to love these so bad- I work in a paper mill so I needed a steel toe that wasn't bulky or looked like a men's shoe. When I found these, I fell in love. I only walk about 4,500-6,000 steps a day. At the start of the day, I was feeling great and I was loving the shoes! BY the last 30 minutes of the day I felt as if my toes were rubbing against a metal box where the steel toe is.I think I may try a wide version of my size even though I truly don't need it because I was true to size when ordering a regular but I want to love these so bad! But if you are walking 10,000 steps a day- I would forget these!

The BEST steel toe work boot for Me!

I walk at least three miles a day at work on concrete floors and I am always standing. These boots have been so comfortable!! They are not heavy and they are so easy to get on and off. I usually wear a 10 but I ordered a 10.5. I work in a cold environment so I like to wear thick socks. They fit great and I am truly blown away with the fact that I have been wearing them and I didn’t have to break them in…..I will purchase another pair for sure!!!

Sadly Don't Recommend

These steel toe boots look very great and are comfortable BUT are not practical for the work place. The bottom of the shoes are incredibly thin. If you are planning to wear these boots in a work place (or around objects that could pierce through the bottoms) then I would highly, highly recommend you keep searching for another pair of boots. I wish I had known this prior to purchasing. When walking on gravel, I can feel the individual rocks - which means a nail can easily pierce through the soles. These are definitely not work boots.

Good shoe for narrow feet

Solid shoe for narrow feet. I work in a lab that requires steel toes. I tried the Ariat clog, and timberland pro slip ons which both still felt bulky and too wide for my feet. These are still a little big, but a much more comfortable fit. I like the suede. They look and feel good quality. I usually wear a 7-7.5. I got the 7.5 and they are a little big, but I think going down a size would be too much.Over allGood qualitySlip on and off easilyFits a little bigger than expected, but not enough to complain about.NOT FOR WIDE FEETThe toe bed is also very narrow, which fits me comfortably but I could see it causing problems for others
