I work on boats in western alaska and the arctic. Wanted something cheaper than Xtra-tuffs and more durable. These are 100 time better. Comfortable and tough. What i didn't expect is the amount of traction these have on ice. Made it all winter in alaska without using yak Trax or anything similar. The only down side (which isn't that bad) is the amount of dirt these track into a home with them. it's a trade off for all the traction they have.

Be careful

So originally I was returning because I purchased these first and found something else in the meantime. I no longer needed these and honestly didn’t even open the box. My boyfriend ended up opening them to check them out and they were sent damaged. There’s scuff marks on the back and there’s a glue residue or the shoe is missing blue coloring on the back. There’s also a chip in the logo in the back! I made sure to check all the reviews before purchase! I am super upset and this is why I’m returning!!!
