Army vet here, these boots are great. Had another pair of these that made it all the way through a tour of Afghanistan and half way through another deployment before they finally broke down on me, leather split from the sole on the outside of the right boot. Had them for about two years before I had to get a new pair of these. If you wear more flat soles shoes or boots these are a must have. Will buy again when these give out on me!
