Fits well; but be prepared to break them in
These boots are very good. They resist damage and water, you can walk for miles in them, not too heavy. Only issue is the time it takes to break them in-which is common with any type of quality working boot like this. It was painful for about a week and a half, especially on the ankles. The insoles also have a hard arch support material and may need to be replaced if you have flatter feet.Overall, a good boot that has already held up well after 4 months of walking at least 5 miles a day for work. Zero discomfort after the break-in period. I fully expect them to last for at least a couple years the way they’re holding up now. Cheaper boots tend to already be showing signs of wearing down by this point.

The best boots in the world.
These boots are absolutely amazing. I got my first pair when I was in 8th grade, it was the trend for boys to have that specific style so I got a pair. I grew up on a farm in a small town where I spent most of my days outside. These boots are waterproof, very durable, comfortable and have pretty good ankle support. My first pair lasted 3 years, I wore them everyday. My next pair lasted about 2 years, then I took the best boot from each pair and wore those for another year. Last week I just bought my 3rd pair. I’m astounded how well they hold up. I literally have worn these every day since 8th grade. I ride a motorcycle to class (now that I’m in college) and they always keep my feet warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and dry in the rain. Highly recommend.Also, I never oiled them like I should have, so they probably would have lasted even longer.Only downside: They run large, I normally wear a 13, but with these boots I need a 11.5

Solid, but size off .5-1 size too large
I’ve worn Rocky Alpha Force boots daily for 13 years about 12 hours a day and could not be happier with them. So when my normal everyday wear boots wore out, my first go to we’re these boots. I ordered the same size as every other Rocky boot I’ve worn for 13 years. However, this size 11 ran more like a size 12 in my opinion. While the half size too big will not force me to send them back, a 10.5 would have fit me much betterIn regards to the boot, I’ve only had them a week so long term durability is still up in the air. I typically get 1-2 years out of boots with almost daily wear so we shall see. Please beware, these boots are stiffer than molasses is January. Which is fine with me, I’m breaking them in with thick socks and wearing them around the house, out side to the mail, around town, etc. the trick is to wear them as often as you can. DO NOT expect to get these bad boys in the mail and go hiking or working a full day outside and expect everything to be right as rain. Like a fine wine or love making, these boots require some time and attention to get it right.Material seems durable enough, but I can see how others noticed the dyed leather color fading over time. Personally, I think this adds character to the boots over time. The color on mine has a light to medium brown tome fading into a darker chocolate tone leather as it progresses up the tongue area of the boot. When it comes to pants, they make boot cut pants for a reason. If you wear tight ankled pants/jeans the ankle of these boots will make it look like your stuffing 10 pounds of trash into a 5 pound bag.
