They're work boots! Great if you don't plan on dancing in them!
I have been wearing "Work Boots" for the last 18 years, so I would consider myself seasoned when it comes to " Protective Footwear" I have worn and worn thru plenty at my job. Recently the job required we upgrade from just a "Steel toe" to include Met Guard protection (it covers the Metatarsals – five bones that make up the forefoot.) Rocky's are the second pair I have owned in the last 15 months that have included this feature. Although the first pair I had (in Blue) were lighter I saw that I would blow thru them pretty quickly, noticing the front starting to peel away from the shoe. So far... after wearing the Rocky's for a little over a month I will say this, They are as comfortable as a work boot could be, they are a bit heavier, however I would saw it is because of how they are constructed. I have had a few times where weight has landed on the toe area, without any issues. That being said they do what they are suppose to. Protect your feet and be as comfortable as possible... Will I wear them dancing... ?
