I'm in love!
I'm in love with these shoes, and I almost never give 5 stars! Comfortable for my wide feet, with bunions and old knee and ankle injuries, including a chip fracture that stretched the ligament permanently. The combination of the stiff material backing the ankle, the solid t-strap, and the roomy toe box gave my feet the support they need. I left the strap a bit looser than needed around the ankle so that my higher arch wasn't hurt being pulled down. I can hardly wIt to wear these to some event. The style and the glittery look over the soft metallic silver does indeed give the shoe a classic retro vibe. They feel very light on my feet as well. My only complaint is that I cannot wear the black or gold options as they just don't suit my coloring or my wardrobe. Please, Ros Hommerson, make this in a nice navy like your Joyce pump. If the Heidi comes out in navy, off-white, white, really any neutral that someone with Summer coloring can wear, I will be first in line to buy them all.

I have several pairs of Ros Hommerson shoes and they are the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever found. These shoes, in silver, are lovely but too big and they are my usual size. All reviews said they were true to size so I checked the box and inside the shoe and they say they are the correct size, 8.5M. So, for the first time, I am disappointed in a Ros Hommerson shoe.

I bought the shoe in two sizes, one which fits great but the style did not match my evening dress.
I ordered at the same time a size 10 and a size 11 for a wedding event. the size 11 was best (though ten is my true to fit size). They are beautiful vintage inspired shoes; however, they were too glizy for my dress thus I returned both shoes as directed for a refund, which I have not received as of yet. May 12th 2019 , I talked to representative Ivanne Duba and she told me I did not not need to fill out the Return Shoe Policy Form, just enclose the the shoe information from my order and the packing slip which has the Account, PO # and two item #s (one for each shoe size), description, Sales Rep (Ruben Gozon), quantity, and stock bin #s. As of yet I have not received my refund, and an email only describes the size ten shoe, omitting the size 11 shoe which was bought and sent back for a refund together. I would appreciate some clarification and have my full refund submitted to the credit card whose last digits are: 4264. Thank you for resolving this situation as soon as possible. Warm regards, Pat

Love these shoes! Wore them to my daughter’s wedding this past week-end. Heel was just the right height. Color perfect match to my dress.
