Allow me to start off by saying these mid-calf red boots are ADORRRRRABLE!!! For me, it was definitely love at first BOOT!! ❤️ ❤️ 😅Now, let's talk sizing. In my experience, these shoes fit true to size. I typically wear a shoe size 8.5 and these boots fit me perfectly. I also have wide feet and they still feel comfortable. 👍I'm excited to pair these with some black leggings since that's basically what my legs live in most of the time! 😂 I think the contrast of the black pants coupled with these (beautiful) bright red boots will look great. 🥰On the other side of the coin, there's a couple of things I feel are important to note.First, let's talk about shipping. I ordered these boots on Dec. 7, 2024, excited that I would get to strut them around town during the holiday season. Well, Christmas came and went - as did New Year's. A week went by...then another; they just arrived a few days ago: on January 16, 2025. 🫤 This might just be the record for the longest I've ever waited for an Amazon item to arrive. 😂 😂 So, I am hoping things have shifted and the shipping experience will be much faster for you. But unfortunately, I can't promise anything... 🙃Second, there is a small design flaw on the inner part of the outside of the boots that did cause a little bit of a rain on my parade. As indicated in the attached pictures, where the red straps meet the zipper, you can see white at the end of the straps where they have been cut off. This occurs on both the top and bottom straps, in both boots. While it's pretty minor in the grand scheme of boots, it does still bother me to the point where I will probably end up buying a red permanent marker and run the ink over those little white end pieces, just so it looks like it all flows together nicely and seamlessly blends in well.Putting the aforementioned frustrations aside, on the whole, I really do ❤️ ❤️ *~*~*L-O-V-E*~*~* ❤️ ❤️ my new red boots!!! ❤️ ❤️ In fact, I love them to the point where I would be willing to wait another month - if I had to - just to have them. And even though I'll probably need to look around a little in order to accurately color match the red of the boots to the correct shade of red permanent marker so I can fix the straps' end pieces, it's STILL worth it. So if that doesn't tell you how much I adore these boots, hmm... I'm not sure what will. ✌️
