I live in Florida where it is often flip flop weather. I've had many pairs and these are the best I've found in terms of comfort and appearance outside of expensive leather ones that are not water friendly. With a high arch foot the slight height and very cushioned sole is more comfortable than flat sandals. The thicker braided straps are more attractive than very thin straps in my opinion. Ordered and kept both colors. Fit true to size.
These are the most comfortable flip flops I've ever purchased, and that's coming from a born and raised San Diegan. We LIVE in flip flops. They were so comfortable, I bought my mom as well. She loves them too. The top is a little stiff at first but after walking around in them for a day, they softened up. I also love the sole. Not too thin but not too thick. Great fit as well. I usually wear a 7.5 - 8 and I got an 8. Fit perfect and they're VERY well made.
These are very nice looking. The sole is soft and comfy, but the toe post is a little uncomfortable. I don't wear a lot of thong sandals, so hoping I just need time to get used to it!
These Are Very Comfortable, But Definitely Need To Go Up A Size!!
These are by far my most comfortable shoes, more so than sneakers. On my recent trip to Italy I tromped everywhere: through the Vatican, around Pompeii, across Rome multiple times. Uphill and downhill. All in these. They held up perfectly and are currently in the wash (Pompeii is dirty).
These were cute enough but as soon as I put them on, I realized that because of where the braided straps are set into the footbed, my arch sits right on the straps. I tried to convince myself it was a minor discomfort but I wore them inside the house for an hour or two and couldn’t deny I was in a world of pain. My feet are narrow to begin with and I have a high arch so, unless you have Barbie feet, or unless you only plan on wearing them while you sit and put no actual weight on your feet, you’ll be fine. But if you are anywhere close to normal, foot-wise, and plan to actually walk in them for more than 5 minutes, good luck. Sadly they went back. They looked really cute on my floor, though.
I really like Roxy sandals, but I would order a size bigger, I’m usually a sizes 7 but were to small, I gave them away.
