Surprisingly Comfy and Stylish with a Big Height Boost
These platform sneakers really surprised us. First off, they are definitely more of a fashion sneaker than a serious running shoe. I wouldn’t hit the treadmill in these, but for walking, working, or just running errands, they get the job done and look good doing it.The biggest thing you’ll notice is the height boost. My wife is on the shorter side and when she puts these on, it’s like she leveled up. The platform adds a solid two inches, and you really notice it when she’s standing next to me. If you’re looking to feel a little taller without sacrificing comfort, these are a solid choice.Comfort-wise, they're surprisingly cushioned. There’s real padding in the heel and arch that makes them great for being on your feet for a while. My wife has wider feet and usually wears a 7.5 in sneakers, but these in a size 7 still had enough room in the toe box and didn’t feel tight. That’s a big win.They aren’t water resistant, so maybe skip puddles and rainy days, but the platform does help keep your feet up and away from most splashes. Also, the slip resistance is a nice bonus, especially if you’re wearing them for work.Overall, these are stylish, comfy, and give you a noticeable lift without making your feet hurt. Great for casual wear or for anyone on their feet all day who still wants to look a little extra.

As a loyal "name brand" shoe consumer, I am blown away (in a good way) at how comfortable these Ruideng walking shoes are. The sole is thick and grippy and has been completely nonslip on the medical center floors I walk everyday. The upper portion of the shoe feels soft, flexible and airy even with thick socks. I wear a firm size 8 and these fit perfectly. The only reason I cannot give these walking shoes five stars is because there is no arch support whatsoever, and my big toe slides forward a little when I plant my feet. It's noticeable but not uncomfortable. You will need to purchase arch support inserts if you're looking for that feature in a walking shoe because you just won't get it from this shoe alone. I do love that the shoe is super lightweight and sewn well across the to top. I will say I am not a fan of glued-on soles like these have, but this shoe's sole was glued with delicate care. No obvious glue smudges, glue wads, or loose glue seals between the sole and upper portion. If you don't need arch support, this is actually a darn good shoe for walking.

Comfortable, with a roomy toe box.
These platform walking shoes are well made and fit comfortably. They are lightweight and do not tire my feet out. There is some arch support, but I think I will be adding an arch support insole for my personal comfort. The sole looks and feels slippery when they arrive, but from past experience with this type of sole on shoes, they will be better with wearing them for slip resistance. I like that they keep my feet warm enough (with socks on) in the fall, but also my feet do not get overly warm when wearing these shoes due to the mesh uppers breathability. I love the two inch platform to give my 5' 4" shortness a bit of a boost!I ordered these in a size 9.5, which is a half size larger than my regular size 9. I'm glad that I did as they fit so comfortably with plenty of room in the toe box area for my slightly wide feet. I even have room to wear thicker socks in them for cold weather, if I need to. I've worn them for walking my dachshund on paved roads around where I live and they quite comfortable. By the way, the size label on the tongue of the shoe lists the size as 42 for European sizing, and 260 (1.5) for Asian sizing, I'm guessing. Nowhere on the shoes does it say they are 9.5 for US sizes.Over all, these are nice shoes, so I will recommend them. They look and feel like they are made of good quality materials. They are lightweight, but have a sturdy feel to them. The current price (11-19-2025) of $39.99 is a fair value for the quality, in my opinion. I would buy these shoes again, but perhaps get the silver for a change up of my style, lol.

Good loooking and comfortable shoes
These are comfortable and practical walking/working shoes.The size range is great. Size: 5 - 10. It is very difficult to find size 5. I found them to be a little wide, but perfect with thicker socks. They claim to be slip on, without socks, but I didn't find that. I had to loosen the laces 1/3 of the way down to get them on. I do like the little loop at the heel for the ease of pulling them on. Also, they're pretty light weight.They come in 3 color choices. I chose the silver. I found them to be fun, with the littlest bit of bling.I like the 2” heel for comfort and height, and also appreciate the breathable fabric on the sides.Overall, a very nice pair of comfortable shoes.
