They are true to size, comfy, flexible, and stylish. I love them! They're an unusual olive-y green, but it works! I've been wearing them every chance I get. I have Ryka training shoes, so I know the brand is of quality, durability, comfort and style!UPDATE: I lost mine somehow!!! I'm SO bummed! RYKA PLEEAAASE KEEP MAKING THESE IN THIS AND OTHER COLORS! NOT JUST THE BLACK AND WHITE!!!
I love this pair of Ryka's even better than my last pair - and I love those! These are comfortable, warm and sporty. I love Ryka because there is some arch support. These are true to size. LOVE!
Very lightweight and comfortable. Good for rainy days. Could use a little more cushion so I just put cushion insoles in myself. Size is true. Get a wide unless your foot is narrow, they run a bit narrow.
Foremost, I was looking for something that fits. I have what are basically duck feet. Wide toe box, narrow heel, high arch, thickened joints at base of toes where they've broken. The right boot fits perfectly. The left seems a little ...off. The shaft feels slightly twisted, as if I were walking with a big floppy slipper sock that was on sideways. And it rubs some at the inside of the toe box where the edge of the lace guard appears to be bent over from being packed wrong. I'm hoping they will stretch a little with wearing around the house, if not, I have a shoe stretcher. I would categorize these are TRUE TO SIZE.They came with a pair of blue laces as well. I don't like the look of them, so I won't use them, but if someone wanted other than white laces, they do come with another color. The laces were the slightly stretchy not quite round laces that many athletic shoes come with. They were long enough to fully lace and double knot with no trouble.They are nicely lightweight and feel like they will breath well enough.They are VERY white. I was concerned about dye transfer from pants and so went to Ryka's website and chatted with a Rep. She said they "had no care advice or instructions" for their products.So I went to 3Ms site to ask about Scotchgard. The rep there at least knew her products, and said that if the boots had been treated with waterproofing then Scotchgard would not work as the product couldn't soak into the fabric. And not knowing what in the world "Quilted microfiber treated with synthetic overlays" actually is, she said she wouldn't recommend their products because she couldn't tell if it would cause yellowing.While I like the boots, and hopefully the weird squashiness shape goes away with wearing, I'm not sure I would buy it again knowing that even the manufacturers have no idea how to take care of them. That just doesn't seem like a trait I should see in a competent manufacturer.
If I could give another star, I would not hesitate. I had some doubts about the size (I am regularly 8 in shoes and sneakers, and 8.5 size in boots) So, I ordered 8M Brown + Blue, and they are just great! Colors and design are just like shown in the picture; comfortable, stylish and warm :) They also came with an extra pair of brown shoelaces besides de light blue ones. Very recomended for walking during winter season.
These are absolutely my favorite boots, they fit so good, the leather is like baby skin, it's so soft, they're so comfortable and beautiful. So well worth it, thank you so much
This ankle boot looks so cute in the photo. However, upon receiving it, I realize how VERY WIDE they are. They look like footwear for a troll! So disappointed!
