Favorite shoe in my closet

These are quite literally my favorite go to shoes. I have custom orthotics and these have enough space to accommodate them. The shoes do not put pressure on my bunions. I had some squeaking happening in the beginning between my orthopedic inserts and the shoes but a dryer sheet between the two worked like a charm. Thinking about buying a second pair to keep in the back of my closet for when these inevitably wear out. Super easy to put on don't even have to use my hands.

A terrific shoe for cushion, support, comfort

Update 1/12/25 I'm back ordering a new pair of these shoes. I really love them but I'm a bit disappointed because they should not need replacing after just 14 months. I do not wear them to exercise and during the summer here in NC, I mostly wear sandals. But I wear these when we're heading out to eat here or in Europe and walking around towns at night. They are super comfortable, BUT the thick padding (which does feel nice) at the heel has started to bunch up and feels noticeably uncomfortable. I've been trying to flatten it out but that really doesn't work. So I would not recommend trying to get these on without using your hand to help the heel.This has quickly become my favorite shoe. I can't remember finding a shoe that fit my cranky, arthritic feet so easily. The top is stretchy to accommodate sore areas, but not so stretchy that it loses its shape. The sole provides good arch support (like all Ryka shoes) and has lots of cushion. I am thrilled with these shoes and hope some other colors will come out. I have enjoyed the Ryka Echo Knit for the past few years, but these definitely have more cushion and I can easily see traveling with them. Wonderful shoe and fits according to my normal shoe size.
