When I ordered these shoes, they shipped it in a nice box with inserts. I realized a needed a smaller size so I exchanged it with no problems. Good Hiking Shoe

As with all of the other Ryka shoes I have purchased, these were very comfortable right out of the box. I ordered a half size larger than I wear in regular dress shoes, and that worked. I used them for a week of hiking in Utah National Parks, and they performed perfectly. The tread kept me from slipping in places where my regular walking shoes would have failed to keep me safe, and the soles were thick enough to keep me from feeling stones on trails that weren't smooth.
