Great athletic shoes!
These athletic shoes are out of this world! The way that they are made is very lightweight but extremely supportive. Regardless of how long you wear them and what you are doing you are always comfortable and supported. These shoes are great for dance and Court work as well as working out gym or just to wear casually. I love the color. Normally I would not go for a basic black shoe but this is not basic. The photos on the website shows the gold threads that are throughout the entire fabric on the shoe. It is much more impressive when you look at it in person. Subtle but still very there! My feet are extremely sensitive and these shoes are totally comfortable whether you are wearing a sock or going without a sock. I was looking for performance in the athletic shoes that I buy and I've certainly found it with this brand! This is not the only pair I own. They are that good!

Great Shoes!!!
I bought two versions of this particular style Ryka shoe. I really needed good arch support and these have it. They're comfortable and no break in period needed, at least for me. Usually you can feel that first few days in new shoes. I did feel the arch support but I was coming from no arch support so to be expected. The toe box is wider which I need having a wide foot. I can't wear some of the competitor shoes because they're narrow even in their wide versions. The other thing in this model is from about the ball of the foot through the arch the design holds, or grips, your foot, no rolling or sliding of your foot in the shoe. Comfortable all day support. Do wish it had just a bit more of a cushion on the insole.

Decent Shoe
This show is tight in the heel and loose on the toes. I personally like the heel tight. I think it needs a little more arch support so I added inserts. I also am wearing toe covers, since I walk a lot the toes started hurting. The show is pretty decent, its hard so you won't be bending it and stretching it. I have been using them for 2 weeks now. I wear a 7 and a half and bought a 7 and a half.Update: Its been a month and I think I broken the shoes in. Much better don't need the inserts anymore and toes are not hurting.

Very comfortable, true to size, good arch support
I have had Ryka sneakers before but they discontinued the style. I used them mostly for the gym--cardio, weight resistance, zumba, tai chi and cardio. A very multipurpose shoe that was very comfortable. They tore after about 3 years of continued abuse so I was delighted to find these VIDA RZX. They fit perfectly: wide enough for a med width, long enough for 7.5 size, great arch support and the soles are not too big or heavy and they narrow at the arch of the foot. On day one I wore them all day long. The soles are comfortable for exercising, walking, dancing and standing in the kitchen cooking. I'm going to purchase a 2nd pair just to be on the safe side. Hard To Find Studio Shoe !
Let me start off by saying that I am an exercise instructor who has taught for many many years and I am very picky about my shoes! I was able to wear these to teach in straight out of the box , which is nice. After one class they felt pretty broken in. They fit true to size, are very comfortable, and have short laces , so no tripping! Well padded heel collar and good ventilation and lightness.The negatives for me are that I never feel as if Ryka has quite the right amount of padding in the sole. There’s something about it that makes the shoe feel slightly cheap and slightly stiff to me. But please keep in mind that I am teaching many hours on them so as I said I’m very critical.

Look, I wear a women's size 5.5 wide with high arches and it's nearly impossible to find shoes. The regular 5.5 in this style had a wide enough toe box that my short, fat little feet fit just fine. They were comfortable "no breaking in necessary" right out of the box, good arch support, springy and light. I loathe the color and these are still my new favorite shoes ever.
