These are great winter shoes for running errands or doing some shopping. They are slip on, but there are laces to adjust the fit. I use an ankle support brace on one foot. It is thin, but does affect the way that shoe fits. I can adjust that shoe to be a tad looser because of the laces. The arch support is good. I ordered same size that I do for my Ryka walking shoes and they fit great.
Lightweight and very comfortable straight out the box. Maybe a little more like a slipper than an outdoor shoe, but I will definitely wear them a lot around the house.

Primarily wanted these for cold weather walking. After trying them on, not sure that they'd be good for that purpose. Still trying to decide whether or not to keep them. Very comfortable and pretty - but don't give a sense of stability and huggability for walking. Would love to try them out and take a walk in them, but that would prevent me from returning them. I do love my Ryka walking shoes though.
I will know better in a couple weeks how they work in the snow. They fit nicely and seem to have good grip on the sole.
