After foot surgery I am still not able to fit into all my previous shoes. Was looking for a shoe that resembles a sandle, wide foot box and comfortable. Never had Ryka before but these are so comfortable! I bought my regular size in wide and they have plenty of room. Narrow enough in the heel to be a great fit with the velcro closure. They go with everything! So glad I gave these a try!

I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these strap shoes are. They run true to size, and are very comfy. I find them easy to slip on/off without having to struggle. I do use a long shoehorn to aid in keeping the tongue and back from folding under when I put them on. They are cuter on the feet than they are in a picture. They have a good arch support for my feet which is a low/medium.There are two grumps I do have about the fit. One is that the sole is slightly narrow under the cut-out/ arch area, and my foot extends over it just a tad, but not enough to be tacky. The other is the top of the shoes hit immediately under my ankle bone, and that is more annoying than uncomfortable.The insole is is not removable, but is cushioned. The straps are just the right length for my feet, but they might be a bit short for a high instep or a chubby foot. The straps fasten with hook and loop closure. These cuties also seem to be well-made and durable.I think these foot covers will not work well with socks because the shoe uppers will most likely catch the sock and pull it taut over the toes. That is a bit ouchy in my opinion. They do work wonderfully well for bare feet.When I received them I thought the straps would be slightly elasticized; however, they do not have any stretch. After some wear and tear, the shoes and the straps will stretch slightly, but not enough to make a lot of difference in foot comfort.
Uncomfortable fit because of Construction of the straps. I have bought Ryka for years. I love the wide toe box. Recently they’ve changed it to a narrower tow box. I was happy to see this style was wider love the design, but the strap stitching is uncomfortable because it’s on the inside of the shoe. I may just have sensitive feet, but it was like having something in your shoe that you couldn’t get out. Had to return them beautiful quality, beautiful color, beautiful design. Just wish they could fix the inside construction.
Great cross between a sneaker and a sandal. Very, very comfortable. Bought in two colors. Highly recommend.
The shoes fit nicely and are easy to walk in and blend well with my casual clothing for my cruise at the end of September 2025 size 11 and I bought two pair a neutral green/Grey color and a taupe pair
Strap was too short. The shoe looked crooked when I put it on. Terrible! Arrived on time. Rtnd same day.
