These are so comfy and don’t require any breaking in! I wear them taking my dog outside. They’re pretty waterproof but I try not to stay out too long if it’s raining and don’t wear them in the snow. Lightweight and honestly I think pretty cute to just throw on.
As with all Ryka these are incredibly comfortable for women if you have any foot issues. Plus slip on and no laces!
I get a lot of compliments on these shoes, saying they look comfortable. However, there is not enough ankle support for walking long distances.
Ryka shoes are a favorite of mine - lightweight; comfortable, supportive footed; narrow, padded heel; and stylish looks. I love the Alpine Green color. I had to exchange my usual size 8.5 for a 9. Suede doesn't give like the stretchy knit and put pressure on my big toes.
These shoes are great. They are comfortable but the suede is pretty stiff compared to others at this price point. The suede does show wet stains.They are easy to put on and take off. They have nice support inside with removable insoles if you need to use orthotics.The size is generous but fits well with a sock liner. I wear a 9 usually and these fit.

I bought an 8.5 (what I thought to be in wide) which felt okay, but too long. So I returned it and repurchased it in half size less (8W).I’ve bought many Rykas, and never had so narrow issue with a shoe.I want to say this is a beautiful mocassin, nice material and pretty look, would be perfect far fall or mild winter wear, especially the green color.Upon trying the smaller size I could barely get my foot in before it cramped.I have several foot issues which led to 7 surgeries just on one foot…I have to have a wider shoe, some brands a double wide (especially sneakers).The footbed is also uncomfortable, which might be a try to provide foot support without special inserts, but that was a no for me. Even if I overlooked all that, the 1/2 size smaller was super narrow and tight.These might be good for a narrow or maybe medium foot, but if you are on the wider size it’s a no.Ang buying half a size to a size more will not make any shoe fit better, or give more toe room.Ryka is one of my favorite brands, have several of their shoes! I so wanted to love these, I only wish they were available in wide…
