Perfect fit!! Great for extended walking in cold weather and good support! For me, I wish they were just a little lower on the upper ankle and a little more snug for more ankle stability but overall super happy ! Wore them on a Lake Placid weekend getaway right out of the box and no issues with breaking them in! Wore for 12 hours and no foot fatigue and I have low arches and need a shoe with good support!
The top of the shoe is stiff and kept hitting my ankle with each step. Had to return.
I love this brand, but these didn’t work for me. The ankle part came up high and was stiff, making it difficult to walk. Otherwise they fit fine.
I wore these on a two-week European tour. They kept my feet comfortable and dry.
I have a narrow heel and wide forefoot, and I really like this brand! But sometimes it takes a couple of tries to find the correct size. Thankful for the generous return policy; I do suspect mine were tried on then returned. That’s ok, these are also a lower price than is currently on offer at other stores. Had they shown actual wear, I would have returned them.My go-to in this brand is the Echo slip-on. I take a 7.5W in those. I ended up taking a 7W in this shoe.They are working for me. Very comfy and lightweight. I do need to wear taller socks to avoid bunching and for ankle/shin comfort. Handle rainy slushy weather ok, for anything worse I would wear hardier boots. These are attractive and the black and white version is pretty on-trend. You can remove the arch support and add your own. And for some pants these work better than others because there’s no pull tab sticking up from the ankle.Quick note to Ryka quality assurance department: one of the supports was folded and bunched up in the toe bed, leading me to believe they were rejects or that someone had switched one out before returning them. Thankfully, for all of us, I checked before packing them up for a return. Something to be aware of. Otherwise these work for me and I am very pleased. Thank you, Ryka.
