Why did you pick this product vs others?:I Love love love these shoes!!! RYKA the shoe made for women. RYKA always gives plenty of room for the toes to feel comfortable. And a good arch support for flat footed people like myself. These things are great right? But that’s not what sold me and turned me into a faithful customer.. It was the ability for RYKA to know women have smaller heels than men. These mules are very comfortable with a nice lightweight sole that is bendable. The sole is thick enough that when I walk on gravel I can't feel it. They are a dark olive green color. They fit my wide size 6 feet very nicely.

Ryka Stellar Mule
Ryka Stellar Mule is mostly comfortable except for the braided trim around ankle area. The trim material isn't soft and sometimes irritates my skin, unless I wear socks. I like the support these give my feet however compared to my Ryka Devotion 10 these mules are not very cushioned on the inside.

Why do makers of shoes feel they need to put a bubble of softness right in the middle of the heel and ball? So hard to walk on! Painful to my feet. The shoe was stiff and misshappen out of the box. Not soft at all.
