Fit was perfect. I was able to wear them immediately, without a breakin period. I wear a double E, need a wide-toe box in the front, narrow heel. This satisfied both those needs. What I like is that there’s a strap at the back that adjusts for heel width. The strap over the arch makes the shoe snug. It works for my high arches. Hiking, it gives me that nice barefoot feel. Thank you.
They run big and no arch support at all. Otherwise I love them
I wear a men's size 13 and the size 14 of this shoe fit perfectly. For minimalist ("barefoot") running, these have become my favorite.
Very comfortable. I only had the shoes for 3 weeks and material ripped causing a hole. Only wore them to take walks. Waste of money. I could have just went and purchased a pair of walking/running sneakers.
I love them, they seem to help with my balance, better than the hard soles shoes.
Things are a little more than water shoes with better soles. But soles really aren't that great- They are thin and don't offer any cushioning and their main advantage over water shoes is that they have more traction.I don't like the thin rolled edge around the ankle. I find it uncomfortable- because it's thin it kind of cuts it in my foot across the top. These aren't at all tarsal tunnel friendly either- that tight band goes right across the tarsal tunnel nerve- that probably won't be any problem for most people but if your post-op or if you have trouble with TTS, I certainly wouldn't recommend these. They look like they're adjustable but I don't find that the straps really do much. They maybe add a bit of stability to the back of the ankle, but that thin band that goes around the foot is really what keeps them on and it's not adjustable. If you've got really skinny feet you might get some benefit out of the top strap as well as the ankle strap.These have very little arch support.
I have narrow feet and this was way too wide. Returned Item. Nice shoe though.
