1st time wearing these i hiked 8 miles with 730 feet elevation. Conditions were wet and overgrown. Slick rock and roots. These boots were super comfortable right out of the box and held up to some brutal conditions. My feet stayed dry and did not hurt anywhere. I felt light on my feet. I'm still skeptical of the lace system but so far so good.

I bought this photo as a gift for my dad, he loved it, they have excellent material, they are very comfortable and they are suitable for any occasion, whether for work or for any other type of occasion.
Not a good choice for summer hiking, they're a little too hot for the heat of summer, acceptable for fall, i haven't tried on spring time yet.
I'm on my 2nd (warranty replacement) pair and the same thing keeps happening to the lacing system. The exposed cord snaps or breaks with even the lightest use. These boots would be perfect if the lacing system cord was not exposed. They are comfortable and warm in Winter.Update, May 2024I just found out today that the boots are not waterproof anymore. I stepped in a very small puddle and my socks were immediately soaked. This company is selling some incredibly poor quality shoes.
