Fantastic summer hikers!!
Have had these for a while and still holding up well. The fit is as expected as I wear a 7 and bought a 7 which fit perfectly with summer weight or light hiking socks. I do not have the best balance and the footbed they have is helpful, so that was an unexpected plus. Arch support is good not great but that can be fixed with a different insert if needed. Very comfortable and flexible for walking, hiking or lifting which are my main uses. They however get wet, but I expected that from the description and I have other hikers for those conditions. I will be buying another pair hopefully the company won't change the style just yet.

Very comfortable, run slightly large for a 6
I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and great for my foot/toe issues! However, they run a bit large for a typical size 6 and do stretch out a teensy bit. If you have larger feet, you might consider going down a half size. Even though they are slightly big for me, I don’t have any problems as long as I tie the laces tightly and I don’t mind bc the comfort is worth it!

Not Durable - Don’t hold up
First I'd like to say how comfortable and light these shoes are! They also were very grippy in the beginning and perfect for rock scrambles or water crossings.I mainly used these shoes as backpacking shoes due to their comfort, lightweight and not being waterproof (I hate waterproof shoes, they always get wet and then take way too long to dry). The pictures posted with this review show the shoes after about 160 miles. I wore them on a 100 mile backpacking trip in Virginia, a 34 mile backpacking trip in Tennessee and a 25 mile backpacking trip in Colorado. Prior to backpacking, I only wore them a few times, road walking, to get my feet used to them. After the 100 mile backpacking trip, they had visible wear and tear. The toes were already starting to break down. They don't seem to hold up well for the price you pay for them! I usually wear Salomons and love their comfort and durability for the price. I only switched to try the Salewas because Salomons are almost all waterproof! I'm not sure I'd buy Salewas again because of the cost and lack of durability.Note: Sizing is a bit off too. I usually wear 9 or 9.5 in other brands (Size 9 in Salomons). Salewas I wear a 10!

Awesome outdoor shoe
Lightweight, comfortable, great grip. Love the wider size, and like my first pair of winter hiking boots from Salewa, these feel like a second skin after just a few days of wearing. Really quality brand, these shoes are probably going to be my faves, and the color! Wow.
