The most comfortable trail shoes I have ever worn. This is my second pair and they did not disappoint. I have worn them in the forest and desert. They handled the terrain very well. The colors that they come in are very stylish. They are true to size and very well made. I love these shoes!
This shoe fits my somewhat narrow foot & heal. I use it for hiking, but I also wear it fairly often to work in the studio at school where I'm on concrete all day. My feet do not hate me at the end of the day. Note - they are not "cushy" in their support but despite my high arches they do very well. This is my second pair. The first pair from several years ago has held up a long time and I still use them. This shoe seems to have the same quality.
I have been very happy with these shoes so far. I hike an often muddy, and recently icy and snowy, trail to work each day, and these shoes have been great for my commute. I am impressed with how they are waterproof yet breathable, very comfortable, sturdy and have good tread. They are the snow tires of hiking shoes! The cost is probably 2 to 3 times what I usually pay for trail shoes, but for once I decided to go for the best, and I am glad I did.
The shoes was tight on my toes but when I walked slid up and down. Very stiff.i returned them.
Salewa is one of the few hiking boots that fits a narrow foot. These are extremely comfortable and the only ones I will buy going forward.
I ordered this boot after a friend had bought it in Colorado. I couldn't find it in my area.Outland delivered it in record time!! I love the boot and it fits my hard to fit foot perfectly.Joanne Crantz
I really tried to make these shoes work, but they are stiff and slip on my heels, I thought after a couple of weeks they would break in but they haven't. I hike 5 miles a day, usually through sand dunes, sometimes on the cement. I am disappointed as I waited past the return date and am now stuck with a pair of shoes that don't work for me.
