Pair number two. Although they aren’t my personal favorite shoe brand, they seem wise enough to continue producing solid trail shoes for kids, while all other brands seem to have dropped them from their lineup. And for that we’re grateful. And the one doing the wearing likes them and that’s most important.’
The best outdoor hiking and camping shoes. Great traction and grip. Easy on and off. Both kids are on their third pair.
My daughter and I were riding bikes and her foot slipped off the brand new wide spiky pedals fell and cut herself in numerous places. I saw it all happened right in front of me and made me very upset. After I mended her wounds, I was examining her sneakers and as good as they looked they were very stiff with poor traction. So I found these and I am blown away! They are now her favorite sneakers. They are my favorite sneakers for her as well. Attraction is excellent! The support and stability is excellent! They even look really good. I am so glad I purchased these.
Purchase for our son running in Youth cross country. Most of the terrain is dirt and rocks very little grass. My son loves the traction the Salomon shoes provided him. The shoe quality is excellent and after one season of cross country the shoes still shows little wear.
These shoes are so great. It’s our second pair. Tread lasts even with a kiddo wearing them everyday.
Horrible product and customer service. The laces got stripped from the contraption that tightens them. Salomon has a two year warranty but ONLY if you purchase through them or an authorized retailer. There’s no contact information for the third party on Amazon that I can find. Would not repurchase this item and I’m not even sure I would purchase from this brand.I called the company who manufactures the shoe and when I asked about the warranty and their policy, they said “uh-huh, sorry”. If you dare to buy these shoes don’t do it from Amazon.
