Don't Expect Customer Service

I purchased these shoes two weeks ago, and they are very comfortable so far. I have problem feet and a bad knee, so it can be hard for me to find shoes that work. These are great: they have a nice cushioned heel cup, decent arch support, and make walking easier. One of the shoe laces was frayed, so I contacted Salomon to ask if they could sell me some, or tell me what exactly I needed to buy and where I could obtain them. Apparently Salomon doesn't know what shoelaces its shoes use, and couldn't be bothered to find out. I spent significant money for these shoes, and expected better customer service.
