Wrong size label.
I have worn these shoes for at least 10 years and ordered the same size time. For some reason this time, the size 9 that I ordered is way bigger than any 9 I have ordered previously. Unfortunately I didn't try them on soon enough because I assumed they were all the same, and missed the return window. I purchase size 9 and it fits about a full size larger.

Run a full size too large
These run a whole size too large. Beware and order down accordingly. They are also pretty narrow. Pinch my feet on the sides. That said they are otherwise great for hiking. Great grip on rock, dirt, gravel, and mud. Great flexibility for steep climbing. Good support. I’d buy again despite them being narrow.

Great support and traction!
I always wear Salomon shoes in the winter! They have great support and have wonderful traction in the snow and ice! They are not bulky and look like a sneaker! I have narrow feet and they fit very well! I usually were an 11 in Brooks sneakers, but always a 10 in Salomon!
