TTS elegant ladies horsebit loafers at a great price! 6.5/37 is my regular size - these are spot on. The uppers are leather, with a synthetic sole. Very soft and comfortable right out of the box for me. I purchased them in silver & snakeskin for a European trip.
I ordered the Sam Edelman “Lucca” suede loafers. They are a rich dark chocolate brown. I am very pleased with the quality although I always get a slight tinge of disappointment when I buy shoes and see that they are made in China, especially for $150.00.The upper part is real suede leather but part of the inside, the soles and heel are man made. They fit me perfectly and seem to be very comfortable. I haven’t worn them outside yet because I need to spray them with weather proofing first. The design is very nice and the metal embellishment is not too shiny, which I like. They do look expensive even if they are not made in Italy or Spain. I have a pair of Gucci loafers that are handmade in Italy so I can see the difference but of course they are almost 10 times more expensive than these. Sam Edelman makes beautiful shoes and what I like about them is that they are one of the few American shoe makers who actually understands the European sizing: European size 39 is US size 8.5M.
Love these loafers! Enjoying the silver and gold contrast. Keep in mind that the silver leather is very shiny and soft leather. Be prepared that they are very bold and stand out. I wear a size 8 however I first purchased an 8 1/2 because my feet can be wide in very hard structured loafer. I had to return them to get my normal size 8 because they were soft and molded to my feet.
When i first saw the picture i thought they might not be cool looking. I was wrong these shoes are really nice ! i ordered the 5 1/2 silver they fit perfect , they are so soft like walking in slippers and love the accent gold design. Came nicely boxed , with shoe bags - Sam edelman never disappoints !
