BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I ordered navy slingbacks a couple years ago from this company and they were a good price, pretty comfortable for a 4 inch heel and fit true to size for my size 7 medium width foot and best of all the sling part is adjustable unlike so many slingbacks on the market. So when I saw various colours this Summer I ordered 4 more colours. I found that the yellow, pink and beige were a little different than the photo online but the green was true to the photo. I realize this happens with all retailers with online photos but I was concerned if a return to a company overseas would be expensive so when they emailed me promptly back and offered to send me new colours free of charge and not have to deal with return costs I was thrilled. They were so pleasant and fulfilled their promise and I got the other colours in leopard, suede grey and black today (July 22, 20224) and they are beautiful. Customer service is even more important to me than the price of items because when this retailer went above and beyond for their product , they just earned themselves my trust and I have shared this with many friends and now Amazon customers so they can feel confident buying from a company that’s not local. This exact thing happened to me with a handbag and that French company made me spend $100 to ship it back even though their photos of the bag and what I received didn’t match. I am so pleased with this company. Their packaging, quality, price and AMAZING customer service have earned them a devoted customer.
